Exam Structure and Marking Scheme

The MDCAT 2025 exam will consist of 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be attempted in 3 hours. Here’s a breakdown of the revised structure:

  • Total Questions: 180
  • Duration: 3 Hours
  • Negative Marking: ❌ None
  • Difficulty Distribution:
    • 15% Easy Questions
    • 70% Moderate Questions
    • 15% Difficult Questions

This balanced approach is aimed at fairly evaluating students across all performance levels.

Eligibility Criteria for Admissions

To qualify for admissions based on MDCAT 2025 results, students must secure the following minimum marks:

  • MBBS (Medical Colleges): 55%
  • BDS (Dental Colleges): 50%
