Intermediate (HSSC) Fees Increased To All Pakistani Boards



 One of the main issues for the HSSC/inter students! The cost of the intermediate board exams has gone up in Pakistan. Details of the New Inter Exam Fees

The updated Intermediate board exams fee policy has introduced different charges for private and regular higher secondary candidates. Following are the details regarding this inter exam fees 2025:
  • Private Candidates:           A total of Rs. 5,000 must be paid. 
  • Regular Students:              A total of Rs. 4,800 must be paid in fees.

Furthermore, a comparison of HSSC exam costs by topic area reveals minor differences, which are given below:
  • Arts Students (Regular):                 Rs. 1,400
  • Science Students (Regular):           Rs. 1,500
  • Arts Students (Private):                  Rs. 1,500
  • Science Students (Private):            Rs. 1,600

Regardless of their academic area, all students are required to pay the following fees for the board exam:
  • Registration Fee:                              Rs. 1,000
  • Certificate Fee:                                 Rs. 1,000
  • Processing Fee:                                Rs. 1,000
  • Extra Fees for Scholarships, Promotion, and Postal Services: Rs. 700

Deadlines for HSSC Exam Fee Submission

The revised HSSC exam fees must be paid by the deadline; otherwise, late fee submission candidates will be assessed additional fees. The following are the deadlines for submitting fees for the 2025 HSSC board exams:
  • The single charge is November 27, 2024. 
  • The double fee is 12 December 2024. 
  • Price for the Triple: December 24, 2024 

There is a late deposit option with increasing penalties: 
  • There will be a 200 rupee daily late fee till February 11, 2025. 
  • From February 12 to February 21, 2025, there will be a 700 rupee daily late fee.

Several are worried that the increased costs of the HSSC board test will make education unaffordable for low-income families, which could lead to some children dropping out of school. This problem emphasizes how important it is to strike a balance between affordability and educational funding, particularly for families that are already having a hard time keeping up with rising costs.
