An impressive 56,519 students from Punjab took the exam, which is a crucial step for prospective medical professionals and dentists looking to get into medical and dental schools around the province. September 22 was the exam day.
The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) required candidates to receive more than 55% of the possible points in order to be admitted to medical colleges, and 48,051 of them did so, according to the UHS. What's more, 51,018 applicants received scores higher than the minimum needed to get admitted to dentistry colleges.

With a combined score of 199 out of 200, Zainab Munir and Iqra tied for first place. The exam's highest result was an overwhelming 99.50%.
